In order to be able to benefit from our SMSF solution you need to be a full member of the People’s Registry de Jure. (Application form)

1. The member makes a request Request for a Self Managed Super Fund
2. The member pays the $2000 lodgement and preparation fee
3. The People’s Registry de Jure will write to the member for specific details for the SMSF
4. The fund application will then be lodged.
5. The member will receive confirmation from the ATO and then People’s Registry de Jure opens a bank account for the SMSF.
6. The People’s Registry de Jure will be writing to the current fund manager asking for her funds to be deposited into the new SMSF.
