Managing registrations, requests and inquiries.

By order of the Chief Steward the following procedures have been adopted for the smooth and efficient handling of

  1. Request for Registration of Member
  2. Request for Registration of Automobile
  3. Request for Registration of Fire Arm
  4. Request for Registration of Livestock
  5. Request for Registration of Real Estate
  6. Request for Litigation
  7. General Inquiries

All requests must be in the approved template located on our website.

Objectives of Procedure.

The Registry seeks to encourage interactions between members and their Stewards. We embrace procedures that increase human to human interactions and at the same time reduce the work load pressure on Head Office.

  1. Request for Registration of Member
    • 1.1 All requests for registration of members must come to head office via a Steward.
    • 1.2 The Front page of the application form which contains their Absolute Title must be scanned and sent via email to Steward@royalregistrydejure.law
    • 1.3 A copy of the receipt for fees must be attached to the application.
      When processed the Certificate will be posted to the Steward for delivery to the Member.
  2. Request for Registration of Automobile
    • 2.1 All requests for registration of Auto mobiles must come to head office via a Steward.
    • 2.2 The Request form must be emailed to the steward@royalregistrydejure.law
    • 2.3 A copy of the receipt for fees must be attached to the application.
      When processed the Certificate will be posted to the Steward for delivery to the Member.
  3. Request for Registration of Fire Arm
    • 3.1 All requests for registration of Fire arms must come to head office via a Steward.
    • 3.2 The Request form must be emailed to the steward@royalregistrydejure.law
    • 3.3 A copy of the receipt for fees must be attached to the application.
      When processed the Certificate will be posted to the Steward for delivery to the Member.
  4. Request for Registration of Livestock
    • 4.1 All requests for registration of Livestock must come to head office via a Steward.
    • 4.2 The Request form must be emailed to the steward@royalregistrydejure.law
    • 4.3 A copy of the receipt for fees must be attached to the application.
      When processed the Certificate will be posted to the Steward for delivery to the Member.
  5. Request for Registration of Real Estate
    • 5.1 All requests for registration of Real Estate must come to head office via a Steward.
    • 5.2 The Request form must be emailed to the steward@royalregistrydejure.law
    • 5.3 A copy of the receipt for fees must be attached to the application.
      When processed the Certificate will be posted to the Steward for delivery to the Member.
  6. Request for Litigation
    • 6.1 All requests for registration of Litigation must come to head office via a Steward.
    • 6.2 The Request form must be emailed to the steward@royalregistrydejure.law
    • 6.3 A copy of the receipt for fees must be attached to the application.
      When processed the Certificate will be posted to the Steward for delivery to the Member.
  7. General Inquiries
    All General inquiries will continue to come to the Head Office from our Web site however, Head Office may forward the inquiry to a Steward for reply. When replying Stewards should c/c Head Office .
