The Reference Number you received is the account number.On the RRDJ website in FORMS scroll down to Gold Account section and you will find various Promissory Notes.Open each one, read them to learn what they are for and use them accordingly.

Keep your own records of transactions, I use an exercise book ruled up recording every transaction.End of month i email a scanned copy for the month to be verified by RRDJ Gold that they have the same balance.
