Thank you for your email.  My thought are,

1.  that we can’t  apply common law to corporate transactions. What that means is that you can not call a corporate council treasonous just because they don’t behave according to the rules of a civil council… similarly a corporate council cannot sue living souls.. how?    Do the dead now interact with the living?  So to succeed in court we will need to either ,

a.  establish a claim in the corporate UCC jurisdiction  

or

b.  bring them into the common Law jurisdiction..
